After an initial exchange of views and an evaluation of the project, Leo Van Witsen draws up an estimate. If an agreement is reached a contract is signed (according to VLOK conditions that have been agreed upon by the branch organization Eigen Huis (for house owners) and the consumers bond. Through this both parties know exactly where they stand and unpleasant surprises can be avoided.
